'ZEISS XENOS' & our Precision Measuring Room

Ultra-high precision 3D coordinate measuring machine that achieves the highest measurement accuracy 'Maximum permissible length measurement error' [0.3+L/1,000μm]. Equipped with a six-pallet automatic pallet changer, unprecedented anywhere in the world. Precision measuring room with special air conditioning achieved a temperature variation range of 0.08°C during unattended nighttime conditions. (Nov. 2019) We also keep the temperature of the measurement room at 20°C±0.5°C throughout the year, and the number of simultaneous users is limited to 4 persons. We provide precision measurement services using optimal methods, such as unattended nighttime automatic measurement that minimizes temperature effects.

Smart Manufacturing Solutions

The entire factory is controlled at 20°C±2°C in a constant-temperature environment as ‘no windows factory’, and the precision processing room and measurement room are controlled at 20°C±1°C. We provide services that combine machining and measurement, such as machining that assumes dimensional variation during mass-production machining and measurement before and after endurance tests, utilizing the machining environment of a constant-temperature factory and an ultra-precision measurement environment.
