浅沼技研は浜松市で【ものづくり】をしている会社です。
次世代車両や先進製品の製品開発を支援する試作メーカーです。

私たちは創業より「世界に通用するものづくり」を目指し、どのようにしてお客様に
納得して頂けるものづくりの保証をするかを常に追求し挑戦して参りました。
この理念のもと、試作加工工場を創業した間もない頃より高精度マシニングセンタ・
三次元測定機をいち早く導入し、いかに高品質で高精度な生産を行うかを追い続けた結果、
一から砂型アルミ鋳造工場を立ち上げ、さらにセミソリッドキャスティング(アルミ半溶融成形法)の研究に取り組みました。
精度を保証をするために、徹底して管理した恒温環境を整え、また世界標準にトレーサブルな標準機器を独自開発の末に製品化し、
今では私たちの「クォリティーマスター」は世界の生産現場で活用されています。
今後ものづくりにおいて、求められる技術は以前にも増して広く深くなっていくと考えます。「その必要」に対し常に前向きに挑戦し続けていく事で、お客様に喜んで頂けるものづくりを追求し、私たちの手掛ける「ASANUMAブランド」を自信を持って提供していけるよう邁進して参ります。
Since our establishment, we have always pursued and challenged how to ensure manufacturing that satisfies our customers, aiming for “world-class manufacturing”.
Based on this philosophy, we were among the first to introduce high-precision machining centers and CMMs shortly after the establishment of our prototype processing factory, and we have continued to pursue ways to produce high-quality, high-precision products. As a result, we set up a sand mold aluminum casting plant from scratch, and also began researching thixo-casting (semi-solid aluminum casting).
To ensure accuracy, we have established a strictly controlled constant-temperature environment and developed standard equipment traceable to global standards, and our “Quality Master” is now used in production facilities around the world.
We believe that the technology required for manufacturing will become broader and deeper than ever before. We will continue to challenge “the need” in a positive way to pursue manufacturing that pleases our customers, and we will strive to provide the our “ASANUMA brand” with confidence.
